The reason we bought in Monterrey is because we wanted an apartment in a smaller estate that is more private and secure than the other large estates we viewed in the market. Monterrey is also near a beautiful river and park that has a lovely, unrestricted view. Yes, it was slightly more expensive than some of its competitors, but it is a superior product situated in the perfect location and I believe it will have great upside when we want to sell in the future..
